EcoFirst is in the midst of acquiring 87 acres of freehold land in Ukay Heights, Selangor. One parcel of 67 acres was acquired earlier this year, while the adjoining parcel of 25 acres is currently underway. As one of the few remaining large parcels in the Klang Valley, the land is strategically located. A seven-minute drive from the Kuala Lumpur City Centre, the location is accessible from major highways such as Duta-Ulu Klang Expressway (DUKE), Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH) and Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2).

Ampang Ukay, the township development being planned, is expected to drive EcoFirst’s growth over the next 10-15 years. Construction of the superstructure is slated to commence later in 2016, and the project is estimated to have a gross development value of over RM5 billion.
