| 27 March 2009 – The semi-government tender successfully obtained by EcoFirst Construction Sdn Bhd has made good progress since it commenced on 29 January 2008. | ||||

| The construction division of the Group was awarded the job for the upgrading of Institute Kemahiran Belia Negara Peretak in Kuala Kubu Bharu, Selangor in early January 2008. The expected completion date is 25 January 2010. | ||||

| As of to date, at least 67% of scheduled work has been done. The project entails expansion of the institute to accommodate up to 800 students and upgrading of facilities such as staff quarters, staff number, student residential buildings and facilities at faculties. | ||||

| The Institute Kemahiran Belia Negara Peretak sits on a land area of 75 acres, located 4km from Pekan Kuala Kubu Bharu and 65km from Kuala Lumpur. | ||||
